Bad Ass Burrito is Belfast’s brightest new Mexican Restaurant, smack-dab in the centre of the city, & specialising in flavourful, authentic, super-swift Mexican fast food. With an almost obsessive attention to detail, our crack team of Bad Ass “builders” can rustle you up anything from delicious pulled pork tacos, to slowly marinated, melt in the mouth, beef brisket fajitas, or a punchy chilli bowl – each served with the full choice of accompaniments, and all in next to no time, for a filling, flavour-filled “Rapido!” lunch to eat in, or to take with you.
We prepare absolutely everything fresh in our kitchens each new morning, whether it’s our legendary Holy Guacamole, wonderfully smoky peppers’n’onions, or our signature salsas, beans, & sauces – every element is made from scratch, and has to taste “perfecto” before it earns a place in our burrito Hall Of Fame! It’s not just the trad Mex dishes available though, here at Bad Ass – we’ve also got a seriously fine selection of sliders, sandwiches, soups & sundries to bolster up your lunchtime feast. Accompanied by a refreshing Cerveza, or a Lavazza coffee perhaps, this here is one tasty lunchtime alternative for the discerning gringo!

When it’s time to party down like it’s “Cinco de Mayo”, Bad Ass is also available to hire for private functions in the evenings as well! Catering for up to 80 guests, we can offer 4 different types of event in terms of capacity, and, alongside our 2 menu offerings detailed below, a wide and varied selection of different entertainment options to add onto your event if required.
For a fully seated event, our capacity is 65 guests. To include a dancefloor for a seated event, capacity is 45 people. A reception-style party would have a capacity of 80 guests, and to include a dancefloor area, we can accept up to 60.

Menu Style A
Suitable for groups of up to 30. - £7.50pp
Our regular Burrito Bar experience, where partygoers get to create their very own burrito / fajita / bowl exactly how they like it, guided by our expert builders who will advise on the fillings, plus explaining all the ingredients available, to create an authentic, tasty Mexican street food dish.
A 3 step process that’s fast, fun and delicious, and can be served any time during your event. Creates an easy & informal dining experience for all - perfect for ice-breaking!
Menu Style B
Suitable for groups of 30 +. £11.95 buffet style / £12.95 waiter service
Simply relax & enjoy the party, and circulate amongst your guests, as our waiting team move through the room, keep everyone topped up with a mouth-watering selection of freshly prepared, bitesize Mexican morsels.
Alternatively, allow your partygoers to serve themselves from our table buffet, comprising a tasty variety of our “Mexcellent” finger foods. Dishes to choose from include:
Mini Burritos ; Nachos ; Sliders ; Flauta (crunchy, deep fried filled tortillas – so good!) ; Chipotle Chicken Wings. All of these options will be served alongside our selection of fresh salsas, dips & salads.
(NB - desserts are not included on these menus, but we can make a range of Mexican-style cakes & desserts if required-prices available on request.)
As mentioned, we are fully licensed to serve alcohol, & a price per head can be arranged to include a cocktail, or number of drinks per guest. So as an example, were you to choose Menu Style B, & perhaps 2 drinks per guest, that would be £19.95 per person.
